Our goal at Bak-Re-Pair, Inc. is to offer professional service to the food service industry at a fair and competitive price.

Up until our move we have been in the same location for 30 years. Our present location is larger and has increased our parts inventory, machine shop, and has increased our overall operations. We have a fleet of well maintained service vehicles stocked with parts regularly used by our customers. We stock special or critical item parts that help our customers stay up and running with little down time. Just let us know your special needs and we will stock the critical item parts for your business as well.
We work on all types of equipment, including but not limited to ovens, mixers, sheeters, dividers, pan washers, proofers, bread slicers, all makes and models, just to name a few, see our "Parts/Information" page for the common manufacturers that we work with on a regular basis.
We have developed our own dispatching software that can track ALL service we have performed on every piece of equipment we have recorded. We track each piece of equipment with parts used and labor performed with the ability to give you expense reports on everything from one piece of equipment to the entire bakery.
Is it something small? Bring it to our shop and save on travel. We can even go put and pick up you piece of equipment and return it to our shop and rebuild it to optimum performance.
Our customers are large supermarket chains, warehouse stores, bagel chains, government, state, local, and the BEST independent bakeries in San Diego. If you’re a wholesale, retail, or even an institutional food service provider, we have the experience to serve you. If you have your own engineers or maintenance people, we will work with them and assist them to save you time and money.
We do not sell equipment. There are only a few GREAT equipment dealers, they are listed on our "Links" page. They stand behind their equipment and warrant what they sell, We perform the warranty work for these companies as well.
Equipment dealers and manufactures can contact us for special pricing. At the moment, we do not service refrigeration, we will be instituting changes to accommodate this service soon.
