Machine and Repair Shop Offers:

Custom fabrication:

We cut shafts in any lengths and sizes, with keyways and/or flats, and manufacture or repair custom rollers, racks, carts, and special application equipment. Our machinists have a strong background in air handling equipment repair.

Welding:

AC, DC, MIG, TIG, Gas, and Spot welding.

Including but not limited to:

Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, and Cast Iron.

Custom Machining:

Lathes & CNC Mills

Large or small, prototypes or production runs. Boring, turning, threading, broaching and drilling. Shafts, gears, sprockets, you name it.

We can even manufacture split sprockets.

Broaching Keyways:

For sprockets, or gears, pulleys or hub.

We drill and tap set screws also to fit your application.

Up to 1/2 inch standard keyways, we can also do non standard

keyway and larger in a little more time.

Metal cutting:

Horizontal & Vertical band saws, Cold cut,

And Abrasive cut-off saws.

Plasma cutting as well.

A 50 ton press:

To remove or press on bearings, sprockets,

hubs, pulleys, or gears to name a few.

Surface Grinding:

Diamond, Carbide, buffing, burring

and wire wheels.

For The HVAC & Mechanical Companies:

We repair and/or manufacture large and small shafting, hollow or solid. We understand your needs and in most cases can have your machining, or repairs done while you wait. If it’s a large job we can come out and perform an onsite inspection and/or repair. We can remove the most stubborn bearings, sprockets, fan wheels and fan blades.
